At Manveen Jewels, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted with care. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, incorrect order placed by the customer, or size/color expectations.
- Refunds are not available once an order has been delivered successfully.
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:
- An unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
- Clear photos of the product showing the issue.
- Your order number.
Requests without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
Replacement
After verification, if the claim is found to be genuine, we will provide a replacement for the damaged or incorrect product. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement is not possible.
Non-Eligible Cases
Claims will not be accepted for:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Improper handling or misuse.
- Minor variations in color or design due to the handcrafted nature of the product.
